Rotary indexed–Syringe printing
This machine is built up from an aluminium frame. The control cabinet is attached to the machine. The HMI is composed of a mobile, full-coloured touch screen. The heart of the machine is a process plate of aluminium (diameter approx. 700 mm), which is driven by a indexing rotary table. Onto the process plate 12 product holders are mounted. The machine’s gross output is approx. 240 syringes per minute – depending on the configuration. The syringes are fed by means of a bunker elevator, 2 vibrator bowls and a linear feeder. At the end of the linear track a separator loads the syringes into the product holder. Afterwards the syringes are pre-treated with corona, orientated radial and printed with a GRAUEL print head type RBA-90-80 up to 4 colours maximum. After printing the syringes are UV cured and unloaded (good/bad).
The machine can be delivered with diverse configurations.
