Dry-Offset
Dry-offset is a rotating indirect letterpress printing technique allowing round as well as flat parts to be printed. Characteristic for the dry-offset is the high velocity (e.g. 1000 products per minute) and the possibility to print several colors in one stroke. The ink consumption when using the dry-offset amounts to only 1.5 -2.0 grams per m² printed product.
For dry-offset, Grauel UV inks, Grauel thermosetting inks and Grauel air drying inks can be used. Products can be printed vertically as well as horizontally. Typical examples of products for dry-offset printing are: syringes, pipettes, centrifugal tubes, gas springs, oil filter, corks, stationery, etc.
